Way to go ! I just passed 48 hours and feel surprisingly good, especially mentally. I've known for sometime this was going to have to happen for my own good and that of my family. Stay strong and connected !

Day 1 ...check.

wasn't too bad. Went to bed early and read. Back to work today so the struggle comes after a long hard day. But I'm feeling positive. Hope everyone has a good day x
