I look forward to my daily dog walks. The fresh air and sunshine does us all good. When I was early in recovery I used to walk my dogs when I had a craving to drink. It worked well. I stayed sober and the dogs loved all the walks.

I love to walk!

I do my best thinking, meditating and praying while on a walk.

Yes! There are so many benefits to walking!

It helped me feel so much better physically and mentally. I reconnected with my neighborhood and my neighbors. Oftentimes, my husband walks with me and it's time together where we can really talk to each other.
