I expect you've got an attachment to the Early Riser thread cos you started it...but do you need to choose?

Wishing you and everyone a nice sober night

Nope, no reason to choose and it's a pleasure on this early morning to have such a place as this to come to and share and visit.

Well Dee, I didn't make it back to bed so it looks like I'm doing the Night Owl thing, yet again. Doesn't really bother me too much because being retired I can always take a little afternoon nap if needed. Wishing you and everyone a nice sober night and a great day tomorrow,

Bob

12:20 AM here and I had better call it a Night Owl stop
for in a while I need to get back to sleep.

I do wake early each morning
but, this is a little too early.

he overtook me by an inch yesterday !
Just a while back he was a short little guy.

After effects of eating to much

I got acid reflux and heart burn in high gear after a day of eating a lot of food. So much fatty foods... nah still don't regret eating so much even though I am still awake near 3 AM

You hit that one right Dee
it is now 4:06 AM and I just came in from outside.
I saw a coyote attempting to cross our yard on this early morning
that was until one of our dogs saw him and chased him out.
Yes, things that happen in the night.
Have a nice sober day,
Bob

Sounds like great country Bob.

I'm back living in the city now...no coyotes or dingoes...and I gotta say I'm glad of that

It's 1:15 am here and I am winding down from what was a mix of a joyful yet trying visit at my sisters house. She wanted me to show her how to make chicken dressing but she had a little to drink already when I got there. Nevertheless I exercised much patience and kept saying the Serenity prayer in my head. At first, she kept asking why for every ingredient I'd tell her to put in until I put an end to that. We managed to get it in the oven and by then she was at her drinking point where she gets obnoxious. It was then time to go. I waited until the dressing was done so she wouldn't forget and burn it. The only real highlight of the night was seeing my nieces.
