I have a quick question....for everyone actually. What is a unit of alcohol? Looked on the internet, didn't understand it.

Hey raging chicken, when I first clicked this threat I thought it was started today. Then realized you first posted a long time ago. I remember you! Great job man. How's the anger issues? Where is your weight at now? Put on some healthy pounds?

Anger is gone I'm at 163 gained almost 20 pounds. I've been hitting the gym 5 days a week this helps.
