3rd sober birthday :)

So today is the 3rd anniversary of my sobriety date

I know I don't post here as much as I used to but I pop in from time to time and wanted to check in cos without the people here I don't think I would have ever got sober, never mind reaching 3 years...

So thanks for being here and especially to Anna and Dee for all your hard work

It really does get better if you stick with it. I have had my ups and downs since getting sober, but this last year really has surpassed all of my expectations of a sober life. Help from a good therapist and lots of volunteering has pretty much saved me from any backsliding but honestly drinking really just isn't in the picture any more.
