Best wishes to all the Febbies!

You can do this, I arrived just like you nearly two years ago, now I love this sober life. You can have one too.

Just thought I would say hi to the new class. I have a feeling there will be joiners after the Super Bowl. But why delay. A sober life awaits you.

That concept, a "sober life" will be difficult for many. Mine has it's difficulties, but I no longer run to the bottle to hid from it, or feel I need to drink or drug to enhance it. It's fine just the way it is.

The sober life can be as fulfilling as you make it. Emphasis on you. It's your journey. So for those seeking recovery, welcome.

Welcome to the Febbies of 2015.

I am part of the Class of February, 2014. Sobriety has been a wonderful experience and being part of that Class has been a huge part of that experience.

I am very excited for all of you.

I've been lurking SR for some time now, telling myself I'll make my first post and join class of "insert the month here." All the while knowing I won't do it, not ready. Four and 1/2 weeks was the longest I've been sober since my teens (45 now). Anyway, always get encouraged and know there is hope and life IS possible without alcohol when I navigate to SR.

I've been reading some inspiring, informative, and wait.. that's my life stories. I've got to do this for my health, sanity, and ultimately kids and family. I just hope I am not to late for them.

In writing this I feel hope and a burden lift. I am very glad and excited to be here in the class of February!

Hey guys – my sobriety date will be February 2nd since my drinking last night crossed into today. There have been times I have joined classes with a wishy-washy commitment, but I am putting all hands on deck and this will absolutely be my final class. I am so tired of feeling this way. I need to do this.

Does today count as my day 1? It's just gone midnight and I had my last drink about 5 hours ago but I'm still under the affects of alcohol as I had 2 bottles of wine

I want to stop drinking. I've had a few months of sobriety during 2014. I miss being sober. I don't want to hurt my body any more. It's not worth it.

Sorry for the sad post. I just feel sad right now.
