A treat with the money I saved being sober.

Since I've quit drinking I've found myself having a lot more money, even with a less well paying job.

So I've been putting money aside and tomorrow I'm going to treat myself to a wii u and a new TV (It's 2014 and I still have the crt i bought in 2005). Plus I took a week off work in order to get my mind in order, because working while all this has been going on has been a struggle.

I also bought myself some hot chocolate.

I know this money isn't the main priority with regards to being sober, but it is a nice little bonus.

I'm like a kid at christmas, I'm worried I won't be able to sleep because I'm excited =)

Tom.

I find great pleasure in paying bills on time these days. So nice to be able to treat yourself.

tn.jpg This was my treat after 7 months. I got her 1 year ago today. I think the occasional treat is a good thing, congrats and enjoy!

Great incentive and a great way to treat yourself right! I did the same thing last month. $325 for a pair of boots
Better the money on my feet than into the liquor store cash box.

I'm a big lover of animals, I only have a dog right now, but I'm sure one day I'll be an old man in a house full of strange and wonderful creatures =)

Here he comes, he's sad because he ate fluff out the pillows and now he's sick.
