Day 4 - Need a bit of help

Day 1 - Nothing
Day 2 - Severe Dizzy Spell nearly fainted, lasted seconds but it was scary.
Day 3 - Clammy, running hot and cold, skin crawling, constant muggy head, mild dizziness which would come and go.

Day 4 - The dizziness is unbearable, it seems to come and go, but the threat of it is always there, is there anything I could take?

Hi Poorly, congratulations on 4 days, that's awesome. Please make a doctor's appointment as only a doctor can diagnose you properly. Be careful won't you?

It's a great idea for your health and longevity to quit! You need to contact your medical professional regarding those questions! That being said, alcohol withdrawal (assuming this is your addiction) can become fatal and shouldn't be liken lightly in the first 72 hours.

you need medical advice. don't take withdrawals lightly - they can kill. i detoxed cold turkey after my last drunk and i nearly died.

that was 6 months ago now, and please god i never have to go through that again.

be well.

Congrats on 4 days!!!! That's awesome. But definitely go see a doctor about what you are experiencing. Keep up the good work.

I concur with everyone else - seems like medical attention is a really good idea. Good luck and wishing the best for you, PoorlyStephen!

My head was spinning for the first few weeks, worth checking in with a Dr to be safe, but it may be something to simply ride out.

It took us years to get ourselves to this point, it's gonna take time for the body to adjust and heal!!

Hang in there!!
