Golly goodness you guys !!! Gheesh ya'll know how to make a girl feel welcomed and loved.

Needed a little time to put myself back together. Focus positive energy and extreme self care and learn how to like myself again.

I realized, I can't heal my broken brain and body by hating on it all the time.

So I chose to go balls to the wall, pouring out buckets and buckets of love into the world. I went out and performed as many random acts of kindness (that I possibly could on a bike), , did boatloads of self therapy and introspection and self love, went to extremes on the diet and meditations, and sent out as much positive energy that I could create, recycling it back into my aura and spirit.

I'm rejuvenated in a way I never thought I would find again.

It got so dark, so scary, so forlorn, so black.

But I return stronger and more Light filled then ever before.

Get your sunglasses on cuz Gladass Happybutt is back in fighting form !!!
