33 Days of freedom!

I can't quite believe I've been sober for 33 whole days. I've not been that sober since I was 14.

I've accepted I can't drink and I'm okay with that (for today) knowing the hatred I felt for myself is only a drink away is enough to keep me sober.

Hatred and self loathing or happy and free!? Now that really is a thinker.......

Anyone struggling stay strong. Things really do get better.

One day at a time.

Great job. 25 days here. Best of my life. Acceptance on anstinence was my epiphone as well. Yeah, the hatred i had for myself when i was drinking is always in my mind. Yes we can do it.
