Weekend over
Wow I feel so great today. I usually dread Mondays, waking up with a hangover and already missing the weekend where I could drink all day and say it was "relaxing". I am so glad I made it my first sober weekend. Feeling pretty strong💪

Here's to hoping your Mondays suck again soon! And the weekends arent endured ,but rather enjoyed for being the weekends!

Good Morning everyone, hope everything is going great. went to the gym last night cause my partner wasn't home. usually that would be my time to get drunk alone. felt so much better. early nights sleep feeling the workout today & my weight is slowly dropping all thanks to no crappy alcohol :-) I ordered some hiroscar cream from the USA. if anyone has tried it let me know :-) id like to thank you all as finding this forum is the best thing yet. ive been able to vent my emotions which has in order got my relationship back on track, have support with a press of a button & seeing how strong you all are is helping me a lot. also have been able to help a few beautiful girls with eating issues which has made me feel so so happy that I can finally give back thankyou so much! my week ahead is not filled with stress of how im gonna go not drinking as ive set my agenda for my days off & treated myself to a 90min pamper package on the 1st aug which is my 3 year anniversary (longest relationship) poor guy hahahaha. xxx
