|  yes ((ashley)) I have been on bus-bar for 5 or 6 months and have found it extremly effective in treating my anxiety (generalized anxiety disorder) I have had little or no side effects from it.Hope this helps you ! Trish |

| I took BuSpar (buspirone) in the past and it didn't do much for me, but everyone is different. Buspirone definitely does not work quickly like the benzos do. It does have the advantage of being low in the side effect department and non-addictive! It is unique among anti-anxiety meds in that respect. Hope that helps.
