Newbie

Day #4 today. Started Independence day - thought that was appropriate. Day was a crisis-but I worked thru. Feel better today.

Nice work on getting to day four.

Yeah, those first few days, you can feel like twelve pounds of crap in a six pound bag, but by now you probably are starting to feel much better. Momentum is on your side now!

WoW - thanks guys. Altho I prepared for WD symptoms, they were worse than previous attempts. I take this to mean my addition has progressed, even more important to change my life.

Ironic that you mention this Gene. After trying to stay Sober with a history of binges and slips. Thinking to myself this is getting worse. One thing actually stuck in my mind that I was told by the many who helped me. "If I continue to drink, this addiction will progressively get worse." So true...
