Great work! 2:25 isn't bad at all!

And, you only trained for three weeks!

Great time. I am so happy for you. I am sure that you feel pretty good about it. Running a half is really a challenge. You my friend are a ROCKSTAR! Any plans for another?

Thank you so much for the kind words mizzuno. I do plan on doing another half fairly soon. I think if I properly trained I would have done much better. My ultimate goal is to complete an ironman, always wanted to but thought that I couldn't handle the running portion. Maybe with time, I could.

I think the best part that came out of running for me, was that my desire to consume alcohol has diminished dramatically. I can't believe I've been sober this long.
