Anyone here know how to taper off of clonazapam or a Benzo?

Taper with a doctor's instructions.. benzo withdrawals can be dangerous especially if you were taking them for a long time and/or high doses.

I agree with the above. My stepsister got addicted to it, went into detox but had to follow a strict tapering schedule until she could get in.

Benzo withdrawals can cause seizures, and that's serious. Please check with a dr. to find the best way and consider medical detox if necessary.

Yup I quit cold turkey, had a seizure, went delusional into a psych ward 17 days twice back to back. Not fun! Careful!
