Hi camie, I don't have much in the way of advice but just wanted to say well done on 5 days. I had 10 days recently but haven't managed to better that yet, will keep trying though. Today would have been another day 5 for me if I hadn't slipped up last night. This is a great site, loads of supportive people and tons of experience here. |

Welcome Carmie! If you haven't yet, I recommend reading around on the various forums here. There's so much great information about how to maintain your resolve to stay sober. It's been a great help to me.
