| Hello Folks
Hello folks, I just joined the forum. The time has come for me to quit drinking and this forum seems like a great place to get some advice and support. I chose my username from a song called "Ball And Chain" by a rock band called Social Distortion. The song is about alcohol ruining the singer's life, his "ball and chain". Seems appropriate. (Plus I like The Lord of The Rings hence Balin the dwarf.) Anyway, thanks for having me, stay strong! |

Welcome Balin  I figured out eventually it wasn't a reference to Janis Joplin's song or Marty Balin from the Jefferson Airplane  You'll find a ton of support here - good to have you join us D
