Welcome to SR Jason! You might want to consider making an appt to see your primary care doc. Quitting cold turkey can be quite hard if not dangerous for your body. Plus there are meds that make the process easier.

WELCOME JASON! This is a great place to be. Seeing a doctor was very important for me when I first got sober. We can't give medical advice (and I know you're not asking for it) but it's dangerous and possibly deadly to go cold-turkey. Getting medical attention helped me focus so much more on my recovery instead of the ravaging pain. I'm glad you made it here.. It does get better
