Recovery and detoxing
Good god its hard the first few days isnt it guys?
Shakes, sweats, insane urge after the temporary relief(drink), the emotional feelings that starts coming back (thinking of everyone you´ve let down and lied to)...
To everyone going through rehab right now:
Together we are strong. We can beat this!!!
Im counting down from 21. Then its one day at the time for the rest of my life, knowing that I can never have that 1 drink.
