Went out hit a piece of ice fell flat on my butt

All I could tkink was everyone was watching the drunk fall again. It is so hard to get over. I tend to get clutzy because I see forest not trees than run into them. And a normal would think I slipped on ice. I think a drunk slipped. I do need self forgiveness.

Try not to worry about what people think, you are sober. Sober people fall on their rear sometimes too

Ah yes, the "they think I am drinking" fear... I have that too. I lose my balance a lot due to an autoimmune disease, but I always am feeling like I have to be ready to defend myself that I am STILL SOBER!!! This is a great site, thank you everyone!

I have the "falling down gene" no matter sober or drunk. Unfortunately my 6 year old daughter inherited this gene from me.

Sorry you slipped and fell and hope you feel better.
