Well! Here I am..

Here I am hoping to make a difference with my habits. After 7 months of hard almost non stop drinking.. it's time!

Howdy! You are not alone in this battle and it is a battle. Find as many weapons (support, people, books) as you can and use them as you need them. Just don't take that first sip.

The only drink you have to battle is the first one. Try to not even see it but certainly dont pick it up. And get to a meeting, even if you dont manage to get through the day. Somebody told me that if you get your body to meetings then eventually your mind will catch up and its so so true.

Hi HarleyDad! Good decision. No one ever lays on their deathbed and looks back over their lifetime and says "I wish I had been more of a drunk". It's a decision you will never regret.
