Yes!!I am so happy, had a decent night sleep, didnt wake up once, my headache is much less than yesterday and I feel great.!!

And Im so proud of myself, went home to some friends last night for drinks n pizza, imanaged to say no thank you to booze and just had coke all night. I enjoyed it, I felt I was more myself

Going to work today, and looking forward to my first non-alcoholic weekend!!

CONGRATULATIONS on day 5 Sophia...that is awesome. So happy you are feeling better and got some good rest. Way to go without drinking with your get together...it does feel powerful to say no to the drink doesn't it. You will feel more and more proud of yourself everyday. Have a super weekend

Good job!! I am on Day 5 and feeling better too although I still have that headache which is annoying but managable. I've been sleeping but still a bit worn out. Feels good when you start to come out of those first days of hell. I'm also looking forward to my sober weekend. Congrats!!

One thing that helps me is going to a friday afternoon newcomers meeting. It really gives me some steam heading into the weekend.

For me failing to plan, is planning to fail,

Thank you sooo much!! Been a great day, I feel different and feels like I can think clear, I panick less today.. Been to work and to my daugters school, invited them all around for a haloween party next week and sorted out loads of bills, I feel great.. Spoke to my mum on phone for a lon time, she liked the sound of new me haha. And also suggested me to start knitting for hobby, so I might take that idea up.. But feel a bit hard thinking about a friday without wine, got to admit I really would like just1 glass tonight.. But Im going to order some chinese food and drink coke.. So Im up for gym tomorrow

P.s its freezing here in UK today!
