I have cadence after cadece rrunning through my head. I swear sobriety is great but not always the memories. Laying here I my legs feel like they have hooved it firtheen miles. Probably wont listen to I was only 19 but might. One more night sober if not stable

It's not macho maybe lol but I like 60s American pop for when I need to uncurl my toes...Loving Spoonful, The Monkees, Mamas and and the Papas...stuff like that
