Why am I getting the shakes? I have'nt had a problem. I have not drank for a week. I just tried to eat a peice of toast and my hands are fumbling with it.

Hard to say E. before I got some days between stopping tries I had the shakes for a week and sometimes more. Days were good or bad.

Now that I have stopped for a bit I don't get them at all.

But everyone is different. Try not to let it worry you unless it gets bad and then see a doc.

But you already know all that.

Oh man, this s weird. The whole right side of my head is pounding. It feels like a needle is penetrating my right eye. I have not had tremors like I had today since I stopped drinking a week ago. I don't understand. I have'nt really had the shakes which I thought was unusual.
