The Only Thing Worse Than Not Sleeping Is Sleeping

Fell asleep had a bad dream so am reading Jung right now which will put me back to sleep but maybe sanely but as he said

Show me a sane man and I will cure him for you.

I mostly dream about the places in my head which I shouldn't dream about. So tired of trying to negotiate sobriety.

I was doing a 5 minute meditation at work once and of course the boss walked in she said if you want to sleep do it on your own time. But she took 20 minute smoke breaks 4 times a day what do you do but shake it off like a dog in cold water.
