| I Swear I'm In A Country Western Song
4:30 am and here I am. Not sleeping is such a gift of sobriety:-) Well I can hit the grocery store when it opens and plenty of chores to do so no loss. Been through the posts and the news, that's depressing (the news) . Starting one more day sober which is good. Rather be awake than coming to. Its all a gift if you open the present.

My Grandma who lived till she was 96 said as she got older she needed less sleep , maybe only 4 or 5 hours a night .. although she did have naps in the afternoon . I always make use of the time if i'm awake , lots of books, music, radio shows (bbc 4+) , ideas, art, computer games, guitars to play, keyboards to tinkle, synthisisers to tweak, chores to do . Hope your time was profitable , M

I keep hearing about this laundry that needs doing - done? For some reason I see you washing by hand, on one of those wooden scrubbing boards, then wringing it out using the tap method (faucet), and hanging it around the room on a web like line... I am a romantic :> Hope you had a good day Fitz |
