| Apology and progress
Would just like to apologise for posting an irrelevant thread in this forum this evening. It was affecting my recovery and I was seeking answers to strange emotions. Anyway sorry to whichever moderator removed it, i'll stay on topic in future. I am sober today and taking it one step at a time, despite the issues. I hope you're all coping well and if any newcomer, or any member for that matter, wants to message me about recovery or anything, please don't hesitate to. Much love, Jake x |

I am guilty of doing the same thing, no worries and like Anna said dont apologize. Progress not Perfection  Keep on growing and learning, I try each day.
