Thanx sugarbear. I posted it here as it spoke to me, really! It's not funny as in take the p*ss funny, it's actually very serious, spoken with humor by a stand up comedian as that's what he does. He's a recovering alcoholic with 15 years sobriety who decided to commit suicide one Xmas but 'forgot' as he was so drunk. He uses AA and talks of alcoholism as a chronic condition that needs life time maintainence like any disease, diabetes etc.

I found it truly helpful, with a little giggle. Hope others will watch
