| Before and after ![]() I told myself I was going to take a before and after, after my 90 day period. I thought if I got enough sleep and took vitamins I looked okay while drinking. NOT the case. The pic on the left was last night at an event, the pic on the right is the last day that I was drunk. I can't believe I walked around looking so disheveled and wasted everyday.

You look fab in both pics to me OheemJah, but yeah, maybe a bit healthier looking now. I was looking at old pics of me but I wasn't sure that anyone else would be able to notice the difference. But there is a huge difference in my hands now! Far less puffy x

you look great. Especially the facial redness is gone and the puffiness. It is interesting hwo we change. Have you also lost weight?

Very pretty in both cases, but I do notice a more flushed/puffy look in the before pic. I had that, too - and just a general out-of-it foggy look. Glad you are doing well!

Your skin looks great. This photo is a keeper? The redness in my face has disappeared altogether and the puffiness. One of the many benefits of being sober . Good of you CaiHong |

Thanks everyone! I didn't notice while I was boozing but can see a huge difference now. And yes DarkDays, I continue to stay sober. I've lost a little bit of weight SASA, about a pant size just from abstaining from booze. Every time I want to drink I am going to look at that picture. Thank you for taking the time to look

You look beautiful sober I definitely notice that I get really red and flushed when I am drinking around my face and chest. I also get bags under my eyes. I hate to look at photos of me drunk but I am making myself do it to remind myself
