I think I've working sobriety rather just accepting its natural gifts and grace. Today is the day I've felt well in awhile but I think when I struggle againt the disease I open to dis-ease. Today meditation, pray, laugh, live and learn a little its good to back though I don't where I am, maybe just here now and what is there else? Namate, SR Family

Living in the moment is one of the many blessings of sobriety. I find myself worrying less about the past and future and enjoying the joys of the present. Sobriety helps me deal with and enjoy each day as it comes.
