18 Years Sober Today.....
 

Today, I feel extremely blessed. I get choked up every year with gratitude.
Today, I am grateful for...
My Sobriety....
My health....
The support I have received...and am still receiving on a daily basis to help me get one more day sober....
My feeling of self love...
Being able to love others.....
Being able to help others get and stay sober....
Being able to remember yesterday, heck, being able to remember the last hour
Bright clear eyes and skin, respect from my family, true friendship, a solid backbone, being responsible and dependable, my ability to get and hold a job, being a great Mom, Daughter, Sister, Aunt and Friend.....

...I think you know where I am going, with my Sobriety, came everything that was promised and so much more...

Life is good...wait...Life is GREAT today, good...bad...and inbetween, my worst day Sober...really is better than my best day drunk...and I remember it like it was yesterday...I am even grateful for that!!!
