Question Day 3 sober and twitch when falling asleep

I was wondering how long the twitching lasts? I'm on day 3 and the sweats are over but just when I'm about to go into a good sleep either my legs, arms or even head will twitch and wake me up.

Happens to me, I also jolt awake confused a lot, or used to, it comes and goes, don't worry about it.

Happens to me as well. Really more of a brutal brain "zap", which usually triggers a panic attack thinking I am having a seizure or something.

In my experience they get better after day 3 or so, but worse each time you quit...another withdrawal symptom you never have to face again!

Day 3 for me too...wishing you a twitch free evening!
