It's strange the way life works. The thoughts about emotions coming back were running through my head all weekend. That giant post by Nyte Bird may have been one of the most terrifying thing I've read. The long term prospects spoken about in the article kind of made my resolve shrink a little. I'm not overly confident in my ability to say no for the next 24 days let alone worry if I have resolve for 2, 5, or more years. Good read though.

Gotta wonder, the poet scared me a bit, too. I think that's a good thing. Means we can prepare for what's ahead of us!

Hitting 2 weeks tomorrow and I am right there with you. I go from feeling great to cranky to sad to tired and on and on. You're right, we haven't felt in awhile and I have wanted to reach for a drink when these emotions come up. But, you are staying strong and reaching out here which is awesome
