Day 62 is present tense...i beat back the beast...and i feel stronger for it. Some very solid growth in my sobriety can come from this adversity...it's up to me to ensure that happens now.

Had a craving myself yesterday (was only mild & passed in a few hours) but know would have been completely self duisgusted today if i'd been weak.
Hang in there, it's ultimately worth it in the end :-)
