hello all this is a cool website very easy to use good job with it
anyway my name is John and im a heroin drug addict is there any help for me here and whats my next step for getting help

Welcome. I'm new to the website and I 100% agree that they do a good job.

I'm an ex crackhead. Never did heroin. I started by going to detox. 10 days locked up with food and sleep. Lots and lots of both.
Do you need medical treatment coming off heroin though?

no i cant go on methadon or any think like that cos your not really quiting that way your just changing into another form of drugs

Welcome. I would at least get some medical advice from a Dr. I am sure you know how harsh it can be withdrawing.
I am not a heroin addict. My DOC is crack. But I have seen enough to know it looks horrible being dope sick.
