| Quit date set for 23 Novemeber 2009
I have been seeing a counslor to assist me in quiting my drinking problem I will also be using Revia or naltrexone. Does anyone have experience using Naltrexone? Any suggestions? Joe :wtf2

I agree. Now is as good a time as any. But maybe you have your reasons. I have never heard of those drugs. I wish you luck.

No, I don't have experience with the drug you're going to take. I do have experience in "setting a date to quit" and it kept me drunk for many years. Until I was completely bought in to the idea of a sober life, I stayed not so sober. no amount of pills or time will help more than a genuine committment to a new life.
