161 Days

161 days sober,
and, 'they got me'...

It was like a pressure build-up.

Maybe next time it will be different.?

Many of us had false starts on our journey

Just begin again and move forward

You did get 161 days and you did that one day at a time. You certainly can do it again. Don't give up. Don't ever give up! Hugs - Sarah

Don't be too hard on yourself Richard. As long as you don't fall into the habits I don't think it will cause you any harm.
Get back on the wagon and back to class.
