I am ending day 5 - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information

I have made it through day 5. I feel great. I have also made it through my second day camping and havent drank, which is always a big drinking thing for me. everyone is sitting around the fire drinking and I decided to take a walk and catch up on some stuff online. Hope everyone is having a great 4th.

That is fantastic!!!

I'm ending my Day 6... can't believe I made it to 7.

Have you found that: #1 It's a little easier each day AND
#2 You feel all sorts of different (and good emotions?)

I have been numbing my feelings for years and did not realize it.

Camping is one of those times indeed.

This weekend is another time too, isnt it great to wake up without a dry mouth and brain!
