Thank you so much for the lil pep-talk. means more than u could know. . . im worried and hesitant to get my sh*t together and try it again... "what ifs" pop in my mind... i really want to try a methadone clinic.. i dont think i can do this cold turkey

Hey I don't have much experience with opiates. I just wanted to wish you a warm welcome and a big :ghug3
You can do this. Have you tried telephone counselling? When I find myself having an anxiety attack or anything I can't get through on my own, I call up 'LifeLine' or someone else and it just feels great to talk to someone.
