I didn't, Carol, that's the problem. I had a bad meltdown about 10 days ago, my worst moment since quitting alcohol. And I thought I would definitely drink that night. But I somehow pulled myself together and went to the gym and then to work and didn't drink. But for a week I wasn't sure I was committed to recovery anymore. I think I am now. I am going thru a prolonged stressful situation and it's taken a toll on my mental health for sure. Hence the desire to drink is as strong as ever. Need to learn some new coping skills.

On a different note, what happened to bartender? He used to post every day and now he's gone?
