Hi ro, ananda, dee, wooli, stoney and everyone else here today!I hope you're all doing well.

I have my sister's birthday dinner to go to tonight which I'm not looking forward to.She always brings a bottle of wine to share with me as we're the only two who used to drink.I'm not sure what I'm going to say exactly but I'm hoping I can just keep it simple and say 'Im not drinking tonight' and not get questioned.Her birthday is hardly the time to announce I'm an alcoholic.I hate these situations.Ugh.

I'm not going to drink though.

Good luck Jules. Just say you have a headache or something. That usually works for my missus when she is trying to get out of things

Me and the my other half are having a minor disagreement because I want to break going to her mums all day wedding by going to see a friend and then go to a meeting. Also because I did not go out on the stag night tonight. I really should tell her that I need to put myself first when it comes to recovery.

In other more positive news tomorrow is day 14.

I would love to live there. It's an amazing country, even if you have to have no feeling in your skin to enter the sea.

We went last year and had a great time and we are going back to the same Villa. I googled obvious sweets and it came back with links for here. I was confused immensely Nands, however I shall not pry.

The Happening wasn't a Happening movie. Put me to sleep 3 x's so far.

I will catch up with everyone soon. Things are semi-normal around here, my ear still hurts, hamstring is getting better, have cut back my yoga classes to 1 p/day... taking the gentle one in the morning though.

Thanks again Jules... I think the movie thingy is going to work as soon as I really start putting it together.

Hey nands I think I need to do that obvious sweets thing. It's a big problem for me. It used to be a PMS thing but now it's a whenever thing. I need to use better coping strategies than eating.

So - I gave up booze, then cigarettes, pills, now I am working on celibacy (for the love of God!) - and now - sweets?
WTF will be left?
