i just want to thank everyone i have never ben so quickly accepted by any community before like this i just wish we all knew how strong we are i myself am stuggling with triumphs and my tragedies and wont stop or think long enough to give myself crediit

Hey that's a cool name, I like it a lot. I think that we are all a lot harder on ourselves than we would ever be on someone else. One thing that helps me to get through tough times is listing the things I can be thankful for, I surprise myself with how much I have going for me every time!

Sometimes, it's really good to stop and be quiet and take a look back and see where we were and how far we've come. There are times during recovery when I felt like I was stalled and it was frustrating, but with some perspective, I could see how much I'd learned.
