thanks

I just wanted tot hank everyone for their kind words.I've been told if i quit drinking i will be able to really take a look at my issues and begin to put them behind me. I suppose it would be a good platform to jump from.I'm glad i found this site i guess thats all for now

I'm glad you found us too SilentEyes!

Yes, I agree with you. I had been hiding from my problems and issues for years and years but in the end, I had to face them, in order to move on.

welcome silent eyes

keep up the good work

for me, drinking is/was only a simpton of my dis-ease. I drank to numb or run away from my feelings.

I am practicing, more and more, to feel my feelings. I didn't do to good of a job today dealing with the feeling of boredom, because I ate, slept, and smoked ciragetted them away. but I can start this day over right now.
