Hey Barb--Istated drinking on Monday--Dont know why --I just started a new job--2 weeks ago --I lied to my boss and said I hurt my back--I feel so awful about this

Shaw, set yourself a goal of 5 days. You need to get through these first few bad days andyou will feel much better. Can you go until next Wednesday without a drink and then take it from there?
