I'm dragging all the kids and making them hang out in the Dunk while I get my yoga on. Then straight to my sons baseball game.

Hey Guys I see we star it a new one I'm back
and so mad at my self I waited so long for this
Apt. and guess what it was schedule for 9:30 this
morning not 1:00 like I tough I could just Scream
I'm going to have a B.f. how could I mistakenly mix the Apt. with the
regular doc with the psychiatry Apt. I want to cry
now I have to wait till next Wed,the psychiatry only comes
on Wed,Oh man I'm so Angry

I missed two Dentists appts and got struck off recently, now I cant find another free Dentist (I live in the UK), I am really pissed off at myself about it!

It's only a week for you to wait though.

stone your right if I waited all this years since
I was Diagnose with this disease of Bipolar in 2004
and finally found a low cost care clinic I could wait a
week more Thanx you for bringing me back to realety

I'm about your situation of dentist Apt. I
guess I'm fortunate,I'll be for you I hope
you could get another Apt. I always want it to go to U.K
I love the accent,maybe in my dreams, feel a little better

and thanx you paperdoll and every body who been there

(((Butterfly))) Ya know, I learned something in early recovery and still remind myself of this constantly.......

No matter what I do (like mix up an appointment or get the time wrong) the earth still turns and the universe keeps speeding right along. So the question becomes "do I want to move along with it or try to stop the earth from turning like I did when I drank"?

Know what I mean?
