Good morning peeps .

This Yoga course is going to rock! . Last night was just an overview of the program and about meeting the others and stuff. Today is going to be fun though. We have to do the Vinyasa 3 class @ 9:30 and then the regular level class @ 12:30. The instructor told us to take it easy during vin 3 and rest as much as we need to. I have been going to this class for the past few months anyway so I don't expect a problem. I don't know what's after that... maybe working on the asanas with each other, not sure. She said it's going to be a long day but I am so psyched it probably won't be long enough.

As expected Mr. GT is being an ass. I stopped at the grocery store on the way home... no help carrying things in, no asking how it went, no goodnight... nothing. This morning he's walked past me to feed the cat and ignored me completely. Silent treatment. I had a feeling his bid for trouble over the cell phone was about this . He'd deny it, but I am seeing things pretty clearly.
