| Least Knock it off! You leave you will upset a lot of people who care about you. Stop beating yourself up. There is no need for it. Who are you when not drinking? Who can you become by not drinking? I can write pages that will tell you what kind of worm I was in my past but I would rather tell you who I see in the mirror today. I see you saying the same... I am worth it. I am a nice person. You are worth it. You are a nice person. Together with the help and support of others... You can get past this. You are cared about and loved by many so please stop beating yourself up over this. |

| Least, you worry me. Sometimes people have adverse reactions to medication. Maybe you should call your doctor and telling him how you are feeling. I understand you have a lot going on and are justified in feeling upset right now, but sometimes certain meds with some people's chemistry can intensify instead of diminish feelings of depression and hopelessness. Least it makes me sad that you can't get more support from your family, and I do hope you are finding some comfort here at SR. There are quite a few people here who care about you. You are a human being, and in heaven we are made to be perfect but not here on earth. You are allowed to make mistakes and it doesn't mean you don't deserve to be here. "You are a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here. And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should." This comes from The Desiderata by Max Ehrmann(?). If you haven't read the whole thing, you might want to look it up. I've found a great deal of comfort in those words over the years. I'm going to be praying for you a lot Least. Don't disappear on us. |

| Praying for you Least Praying that you come back here to tell us you're ok. Praying for you to work your way out of this. You matter to us. I don't understand why things happen the way they do, either - why sometimes this world seems such a cruel place, but I made the decision to live and work towards a better day instead of focusing on all the negative things. You know things never stay the same forever, there has to be a brighter day for you, but you'll never see it if you give up now. I'm so worried because this week you sound much less hopeful - there has to be a reason & a solution. You are loved and cared about here, please don't stop posting. |

| thank you everyone. I apologize for being such an ass. yes, I was drinking last nite and am getting my just desserts now. I called a hotline and talked to somone for quite a while. it helped. now i'm back to day one. I'm starting over. |
