Hey Guy's whats popping long time
me I'm feeling much better this weekend was
my worts nightmare but made it through

I'm feeling much better cause today I had
my second doc apt, and he skip my psychiatry
apt, which was so pose to be on the 28, of may
to tomorrow so Yeah I'm Bless
my Blood tests were all passable.no Hepatitis
of any Kind, no infection on my urine, and here this
my Liver was good, who did it God U Lord Jesus

so yeah tomorrow is the Big Day to me this is a big thing
because I've bee struggling on my own with this Bipolar
disease so yeah God is Good all the time.

I have a luncheon to attend and my med check and my dr. appointment to check on my overall recovery.....too much! And I need to wear makeup and a really nice outfit. Oh well....I'm half ready. Hope all my dr stuff is good. I know I'm doing better, except the weight gain, but I have dropped some pounds this week as i've been more careful about sweets over the last 2 weeks.

Good Morning Gang I need some feed Back today
I have my first psychiatry Apt. after 4'r long years from
my last Apt. I'm all freak out about it I was Happy yesterday
until I woke up today I don't understand I was longing for
this moment since I enter recovery on 1-9-008,now that my H.P.
made it possible I'm freaking out It's my last experience I had
when I saw the shrink I confided in him told him everything
I've been through my History,and then how I felt at that moment
and they lock me up that same day because I had and argument
with to Womans at the out-patient program Man,

any advice I'm going to go take a shower to get ready my Apt.
is schedule for 1:00 today if I don't come back to Log in
that means the inedible happened Oh:God Help Me
