| Sorry it's going to snow there K. That bites. It is 63 and sunny here. No humidity. Remind me of these days when it's 110 with 100% humidity. I am here to report that I CAN NOT do the low carb diet. I have felt like crap since I started it. I have felt sick at my stomach, have no energy and am feeling depressed since starting it. I'm no rocket scientist (like's Ro's bo) BUT I am quitting the diet. Just gonna try and eat healthy. |
