| Hi Ananda.  Gyps.  I went to sleep at 9pm last night and woke at 3am so I might try for a nap soon, its 1.20pm now. I arranged a re-test on my eyes this morning, phoned up for a Docs appt, phoned the hospital to see where the hell my results for the heart scan are, and made the first calls to get a new Dentist! I have been putting these things off for weeks now so feeling pleased I got over the mental block I had about them all.  |

| Good morning peeps - back in the rat race after a romantic weekend away. Hope everyone has a good sober day. Rain here too, Gyps, mixed with a little snow. Not impressed! |

|  Ro you can keep that snow. It's spring here and snow does not go well with spring. How was the getaway? Did you tell the rocket scientist about Mr. Wonderful? I don't know how you have the time and energy to juggle them both.Stoney get reading. I started the Zen of Recovery yesterday. I'm not far into it yet. I am off to yoga now  , post office and to return something to the store. I'd rather stay in bed under the kivers but I hate missing yoga  . |

| GT the bonfire was good and yesterday was ok I borrowed a leaf blower from my sort of temp and got to a little of the spring cleanup for my landlord = money off of the rent and a little much needed exercise my other temp sponsor is YouTube - ronnie earl, tbone boogie. Clapton always said that if you want to play the blues you have to live them I think I qualify Just like "heads" us AA/NAs are Everywhere ! | Well - my morning is shaping up to be a good one. Warren - I am so jelous....and we are really such old fuddy duds. Lots of the kids today don't even know who they are. I love prine's more recent song "in spite of ourselves" with iris dement, although on youtube she looks like she's really uncomfortable singing it. My brother and I (sobriety twins now) have really bonded over the old stuff in the past few years. Do you like donovan and phil oches too? Love PO's when in rome. Thanks to all for loving me through a dificult day. |
